Registration
Registration deadline has passed.
Players go on a waiting list from now on. Placement cannot be guaranteed!
Each team needs players they can rely on. Make sure you can make at least half the games
(excluding open play). Check the Game Schedule for dates.
Saturday games take place at 4pm and 5:30pm, Wednesday
games start at 6:30pm and 8pm, respectively.
All new players go into the general pool and will be assigned to any team during the draft. The only exception is
for 1st degree family members including significant others who will be assigned to the same team unless requested otherwise.
Season registration fees:
Returning Players: $60
New Players: $70 (includes $10 for a shirt)
Late registration (after March 7th): placement not guaranteed - so register in time!
New Players:
Fill out both the SIASL and ISSA (Illinois State Soccer Association) registration forms (click on links below to
open or save forms). Bring both forms along with a copy of a photograph or ID and the
$70 fee (includes a shirt) to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below. A scan or digital picture
(selfie) may be sent using this form.
Returning Players:
Fill out both the SIASL and ISSA registration forms (click on links below to open or save forms).
Bring both forms along with the $60 fee to one of our open play dates or mail to the address below.
The ISSA form has to be filled out by everybody before the spring season!
Note: All HTML files and PDF documents can be completed and printed in your web browser and
Adobe Acrobat Reader, respectively (Mozilla's built-in PDF viewer
will not work - change Mozilla settings: click Tools -- Options -- Applications; find Portable Document Format (PDF) and
temporarily change to Use Adobe Reader (default) or Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox)).

Late registrants (after March 7th) are not guaranteed a spot in the league.
Foreign Born Players:
A special form for international clearance must be filled out by all foreign born players. This includes US citizens who were born overseas.
This requirement is sanctioned by the ISSA. It has to be done once, then never again.

Important: All registration forms and fees have to be submitted in full by the time the season starts! If not, players
will not be allowed to play until their paperwork is complete.

It doesn't get any
easier than that!
Here is how:
Click the link below. Complete the forms and submit them to the league by
pressing the "Submit Query" button. The forms comprise the same questions as the paper versions the
league is using, like current team, name, phone number etc. Then you will be taken to a "Thank You!" page that allows
you to pay the registration fee via Paypal. If you already have a Paypal account or sign up with them you can
use your credit card or bank account. If you don't have a Paypal account or don't want to sign up with them you can
still use Paypal and pay with your credit or debit card. Of course, you don't have to use Paypal to
pay the fee. You can always send the money by mail to the address below, bring it to one of the open play games or pay
at the start of the season.
Remember, registration is not complete without payment!

The ISSA and International Clearance Forms require actual signatures. They need to be signed at open play or the beginning
of the season.
